Corrected single relay chain sync recovery so rollback processing can move forward instead of repeating the same loop.
Stabilized pool relay connections so Dingo uses the resolved network address when a discovered relay name does not connect cleanly during connection setup.
Strengthened resilience test image builds so automated validation uses the intended container setup before release verification runs.
Expanded reward data validation so automated checks keep reward behavior aligned across supported data stores.
