Title: Improve transaction validation, accounting, and protocol compatibility

Version: v0.202.10

This release aligns ledger validation across Byron, Conway, and Dijkstra, preserves transaction and reward accounting consistency, and strengthens protocol parameter and CBOR handling.

  • Improved Byron light delegation validation: Epoch ranges now include both endpoints. Signature verification preserves the exact wire-encoded certificate indices, uses the correct light/heavy wire tags, and leaves heavy omega unconstrained.

  • Refined withdrawal ordering and indexing: Withdrawals now sort by credential with script credentials before key credentials. TxInfo and redeemer indexes remain consistent, and nil values are handled safely.

  • Corrected CBOR boundary testing: Boundary testing for CBOR array headers now returns the correct result on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.

  • Prevented duplicate pool deposit charges: Registering an already retired pool now charges its deposit, while transactions avoid charging the same deposit more than once across ledger eras.

  • Enforced invalid transaction dependencies: Required script witnesses and reference input resolution remain mandatory even when a transaction is invalid.

  • Removed the obsolete Conway update field: Conway transaction bodies no longer accept update field 6. ProtocolParameterUpdates now follows the revised semantics, rejects null or invalid parameter values, and enforces each parameter’s allowed domain.

  • Gated Dijkstra network validation: Wrong network checks for withdrawals now run only when phase 2 remains valid.

  • Deduplicated sorted transaction inputs: Duplicate inputs no longer shift redeemer indexes.

  • Expanded Dijkstra batch withdrawal validation: Validation now applies unconditionally to top-level and subtransaction bodies, including phase-2-invalid transactions, and reports typed errors for overdrawn or unregistered accounts.

  • Preserved Alonzo datum hashes: ToPlutusData now retains Alonzo datum hashes when it handles Plutus V3 data.

  • Skipped delegation checks for invalid transactions: Phase-2-invalid transactions now skip delegation checks while structural rejection of an invalid transaction flag remains in place.

  • Included Conway execution costs in minimum fees: Minimum-fee calculation now includes Conway execution-unit costs, validates those costs, and checks for arithmetic overflow.

  • Retained minimum pool cost: Mary and later protocol parameter upgrades now preserve MinPoolCost.

  • Rejected duplicate Conway proposals: Conway now rejects duplicate proposal procedures, and shared CBOR handling detects duplicate members.

  • Replaced floating-point reward calculations: Reward calculations now use exact rational and integer arithmetic with deterministic largest-remainder allocation.
